Olaoluwa Oluwasola is a seasoned Public speaker, youth advocate, and Policy expert. He is passionate about Youths, Value re-orientation, Leadership, Education and Access to Information. He holds a B.Sc in Industrial and Production Engineering from the University of Ibadan where he was also very active in a lot of capacity development within the campus.
He was the News Editor for the Faculty of Technology Press Organization, President of the Nnamdi Azikiwe Hall Literary and Debating Society, and Director for travels and exchange for the All Nigeria and United Nations Students and Youth Association. He was also the director for Partnerships and mobilization for the Sustainable Development Solutions Youth Network, Nigeria. He has been actively involved in Model United Nations and has attended MUN conferences in and outside Nigeria. He is also the curator for SDG Actors a global twitter community of sustainable development enthusiasts.
He works as a public affairs analyst with Nigeriaâ€™s foremost Public Affairs Consulting Company. Olaoluwa is also a YALI-RLC fellow and a ONE Champion in Nigeria. He continues to seek ways to develop Youths through Mentorship, Advocacy, Training and Facilitation, and Partnerships.
Olaoluwa is the Founder of The Young Leaders Council and serves as the Executive Chairperson.
Director, Human Resources,
Taiwo Olawehinmi is a Pharmacist-in-training at the University of Ibadan who has a desire to change the sphere of healthcare in Nigeria in particular and in Africa as a whole, through measured actions in the aspects of journalism and effective policymaking. An alumnus of CommonPurpose Global Leadership Experience, a 2018 Millennium fellow and a member of the YALI Network, Taiwo cherishes cultural intelligence and immersion. Taiwo is committed to good leadership, active youth participation, and effective management. Currently, TaiwoÂ volunteersÂ with The Shade of Women Foundation (TSWF), where she focuses on creating awareness about domestic violence and management of vulnerable children andÂ women. She was the coordinator of her faculty’s literary and debating society and a nominee of the J6 Prize for Best Campus Female Journalist (UCJ Awards, 2018). She has also officiated a number of Model United Nations (MUN) conferences. Taiwo is a relentless volunteer motivated by the fact that if we are always doing something positive, there is no limit to how much we can change the world. She’s currently serving as the Director, Human Resources, The Young Leaders Council.
Director, Projects and Administrations
Ayantola Alayande has over 4 years of experience in Youth Development Advocacy and Youth Civic Engagement. He is a Co-founder of Youths In Motion, a youth-led nonprofit organization, where he focuses on the inclusiveness of young people in the governance process and promoting institutional opportunities for young people at the grassroots.
At Youths In Motion, Ayantola’s major engagements have been towards programmes and activities targeted at advocating institutional opportunities for young people across Africa, while focusing on building civic leadership and democratic participation among Nigerian youths. Through his activities, Ayantola has actively engaged over 400 youths in democratic participation, beginning from Oyo State, Nigeria. As the Director of Programmes & Innovation, he coordinated Youths In Motions Democracy In Action (DIA) Oyo State project in partnership with Presidential Precinct, the U.S in 2017, which was targeted at improving youth awareness towards open governance, responsible citizenship, and community development. In all, a total of about 1,300 students, 30 public secondary schools, and 30 youths were reached through this initiative. Among other things, the Ayantola-led team achieved the aim of bringing young people closer to the governance process in Oyo State of Nigeria, as participants were taken through well-structured visits to the Oyo State House of Assembly to observe parliamentary proceedings.
Ayantola also volunteers with a Pan-African, youth-led and youth-focused organization; Afrika Youth Movement (AYM) as a Nigerian team member, and worked closely with his colleagues in establishing a Nigerian Hub for the organization in 2017.
Between November 2017 and February 2018, he has worked with Colours of the Alphabet (an inspiring documentary film about language and childhood in Africa) in providing translations and ensuring subtitles for the movie project in different indigenous African languages. By subtitling and translating into Yoruba, Ayantola hopes to promote access to education in indigenous languages across Africa.
Ayantola’s primary motivation is to see many young people making more local impacts in their immediate communities. He also believes that youth-led activities in the non-profit sector are pivotal to steering the sector’s impacts on Nigeria’s socio-economy. In the last 3 years, Ayantola has been actively engaged in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN, with specific interest in Goals 4, 16 and 17. He is a member of All Nigeria United Nations Students and Youths Association (ANUNSA) and an Associate of United Nations Association of Nigeria (UNAN); and has attended various Model United Nations Conferences within and outside Nigeria, where he has presented position papers on several topics of UN interests.
As a Global Youth Ambassador at A World at School (theirworld.org), he is passionate about promoting access to quality education in rural areas of Africa, and has volunteered in different capacities to teach Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in over 5 secondary schools.
Ayantola currently also works with the Programs Department of Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN), a member of Junior Achievement Worldwide-the world’s oldest and largest nonprofit economic education organization. At Junior Achievement Nigeria, his activities have been focused on raising young conscientious business leaders leading a vibrant economy in Nigeria through in-class economic education modules and out of school programs for youth.
Ayantola holds a First Class Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) Degree in Classics from the University of Ibadan, where he served as the Public Relations Officer of the Students’ Union between 2015 and 2016.
He is an alumnus of the Young Talents Programme (YTP) 2017 and Venture In Management Programme (ViMP) of the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University.

Adaeze Pelwis Chima-Onumajuru is an intelligent and driven young lady. She graduated from the University of Ibadan with a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics where she held leadership positions worthy of note.
Her voluntary service as the Financial Secretary and President of the Faculty of Public Health didn’t make a dent in her academic pursuit as she bagged the award of the Best Graduating Student, Faculty of Public Health 2016/2017, among other awards.
Over the years she has, through willing service, honed her leadership and managerial skills on various platforms. They include: Director of the Nigeria Secondary Schools Model United Nations Federal Conference, 2010; Public Relations Officer Nigeria Model United Nations Society, University of Ibadan Chapter, 2016; Zonal Treasurer Nigerian Christian Corpers’ Fellowship, Jos North 2018.
Adaeze is a strong optimist that believes in grooming the youths of today in a bid to achieve tangible societal impacts. She is a Registered Dietitian in training with a growing interest in Pediatric Nutrition.
Director, Education and Training
Helen Olanrewaju is a young Nigerian that’s passionate about creating a positive change through leadership, volunteering and effective management. She holds a B.A in History and International Studies from Osun State University, and also has great interest in diplomacy and international relations. Presently, she functions as the Project Manager of Greys Educational Initiative; an NGO that helps in improving the quality of education for marginalized kids in Nigeria. She was a volunteer for TedX Sabookerd (the first ever TedX in Kwara State). She’s a YALI-RLC fellow, a member of ‘Amnesty International’, a member of ‘She leads Africa’, World Youth Alliance and also a member of the Young Leaders Council. She is committed to continually develop herself and equip herself with relevant knowledge that would help her make the positive impact she desires to make, she was an attendee at the 2017 edition of the International Women in Leadership Conference and has also attended other relevant programs too.

Micheal Aigbe is known for empowering young and talented youths and has created platforms for expression such as The King’s League, Naija Champs, Project 100.
He has served in various leadership capacity both in civil society groups and religious organization such as Niger Delta Youth Forum, The Young leaders council, and Kingsword international church.
A group responsible for providing skill acquisition, training & equipping converted militants in the Niger delta, training and equipping undergraduates for leadership skills.
He is a freight forwarder and logistics solution provider, he has gained logistics experience spanning 5years. He currently runs his own Logistics outfit called EXPRESS HUB.

Akinola Shasanya is a young impeccable nation builder who has a passion for sustainable development
He is a political scientist of the University of Lagos, he has worked and promoted leadership development at the grassroots level among young individuals and has been actively involved in activities that have so far ameliorated human conditions on society.
Shasanya Akinola was the assistant coordinator for Association of International Affairs students University of Lagos , and mentoring officer for the center for value in the leading university of Lagos. He is a member of Mi6 volunteers Nigeria and a YALI lagos network fellow.

Joshua Bakare is a Business personal, realtor and an aspirant in project manager, Data analysis & graphics designing. He is passionate about bringing solutions to problems, Values, principles, sports, and learning. He holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Lagos. He was active in sports and the supports of programs & events. Joshua is in partnership with Campus Hire.

After earning his B.ENG in Computer Engineering from the University of Benin, Benin City. entered the telecommunication industry world to explore his passion for database management. worked as an Engineer for peace global telecommunication limited one of our indigenous telecommunication companies in Nigeria, where he focused on database management, lines creation and data switch engineer. After a few years of professionalism, a desire was created. So he advanced into starting and building some innovations. he spent the last few years learning and building innovations about the telecommunication industry from 2014 to 2018. He is currently applying this knowledge in his role as switch engineer for Cystus Nigeria Limited a Start-up Telecoms company as the Chief Operating Officer (COO),

Abiodun Adegbesan Christopher is a final year student at the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, Nigeria, where he is studying Medicine and Surgery.
He is a passionate team worker and an enthusiast about youth development, capacity building, and leadership skills development. He was a member of the Logistics unit for the TedXUI team and also a member of the 4 man security subcommittee for the just concluded Federation of African Medical Students Association General Assembly, an international conference that hosted medical students all over Africa and beyond.
He was also a member of the Tedder Hall Press Organization, Tedder Hall, University of Ibadan, and General Secretary, Christian Medical and Dental Association Nigeria, students arm, He also served as a congressman in the University of Ibadan Medical Students Association Congress.
He has attended several conferences both scientific and religious and is of the opinion that capacity building is an active process and every youth who intends to be an effective leader and make impacts must be involved in the process.
He is a prolific writer, lover of art and music, a poet with over 30 works, He is currently a member of the Quills club, a literary society in the Alexander Brown Hall, University of Ibadan,

Oluwatomilade Akinade is an innovative and creative design enthusiast with years of experience in Branding, Identity design and Product (UI/UX) design. He holds a BSc. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Lagos.
Being in love with design his whole life, Tomi joined the graphics design community casually in 2009, with the nickname Cole Studios. Encouraged by his rapid growth, his passion was greatly fuelled and it resulted in his decision to learn and explore the design world. This major step changed a lot of things and birthed a new brand.
In 2012, Tomi founded Swatchmedia, a graphic design, web design and creative consultancy brand which went fully commercial in 2014. Swatchmedia has over the years created, developed and nurtured beautiful brands through design and advertising solutions.
As a graduate of Urban and Regional Planning, Tomi is experienced in environmental and architectural design, with a couple of projects to his name. As a designer, he is passionate about building cohesive and strong brands and also solving problems using technology and design.
He is the Lead Creative of one of Nigeriaâ€™s fast-growing tech companies. He is also a creative consultant to a number of existing brands.
Director, Marketing and Publicity
Ayinoluwa Kolawole is a media and communications strategist with quantifiable experience in organizational communications, partnerships and brand marketing. She is currently pursuing a double Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education and Communication and Language Arts at the University of Ibadan, where she also serves as the chapter Treasurer, Nigerian Universities Education Students’ Association (NUESA), Faculty of Education.
Her undergraduate course of study has largely informed her interests in the social sector and community development, corporate communications, and marketing.
She is currently the Director of Partnerships, TedXApata, where she developed corporate and organizational partnerships with major brands in Nigeria for the organization’s maiden talk in 2018. Ayinoluwa also serves as the Head of Partnerships for ACE Nigeria; a leading Non-Governmental Organization promoting environmental sustainability and circular economy in Africa. She is the Media and Publicity Head, She Needs A PadÂ Project, an initiative of One Voice Initiative For Women and Children Emancipation (OVIWCE).
She is a professional Volunteer and has worked in the media and publicity, partnerships and communications teams of various NGOs in Nigeria. She also presently serves as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, One Voice Initiative For Women and Children Emancipation, an organization focused on the good health and wellbeing of children and women.
Ayinoluwa is profoundly passionate about sustainable development, policy advocacy and effecting societal change via the non-profit space. She is very enthusiastic about the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with interests in Goals 3, 8, & 16. She works assiduously towards ending rape and sexual violence in Nigeria. Her undergraduate long essay titled ‘Assessment of Mass Media and Development Advocacy; Campaign against Rape in Oyo State’Â examines the role the media plays in curbing rape and sexual violence in Oyo State, Nigeria.
