OLAOLUWA OLUWASOLA
OLAOLUWA is a consummate Youth Development professional with over five (5) years of core experience working with Businesses, nonprofits and impact-driven organizations to improve the capacity, employability and potentials of young people. With Cutting-Edge expertise, he provides leadership, designs and implements youth engagement, capacity building, value-reorientation and employability enhancement programs and projects which have consistently proven to be effective over the years. He was a youth engagement professional at Jobberman Nigeria where he coordinated jobseeker events and partnerships. He was saddled with the responsibility of establishing and sustaining solid relationships with development organization, higher institutions of learning and youth focused organizations across the country. He presently leads the team at The Young Leaders Council (TYLC), a non-profit working with young people across West-Africa to improve the quality of leadership in the region, while creating institutional opportunities for young people. Director, Projects and Strategy
Aasiah Solanke
Aasiah Solanke is graduate of Physiotherapy from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, with keen interest in public/global health. She is the founder of The Evolve Project, a youth based initiative in Nigeria dedicated towards the advocacy, implementation and championing of the SDGs. Her work centres on accelerating progress towards achieving the sustainable development goals with youths as active key players. She is an alumni of Lead Africa International Academy that consists of young emerging leaders with potential to combate challenges inhibiting development in Africa and African Diaspora and also a 2020 ONE Champion. Aasiah has diligent enthusiasm on social change with over 3 years of experience volunteering and working on social impact projects and initiatives in Nigeria covering health, education, and partnership for the sustainable development goals. She is a firm believer in youths being the future of sustainable and resilient societies. She dreams to speak on the @unitednation stage, sharing beautifully and convincingly of herself on how to make the world a better, more inclusive and sustainable place for all.

Lana Promise Elijah
A youth development strategist and policy enthusiast with experience in program design and implementation. Lana has served as the first Lagos State Youth Ambassador and has contributed to policies like the Lagos State Youth Policy Implementation Framework, and the Lagos State Youth Agenda. Member, United Nations Population Fund Youth Participatory Platform, Lagos, and Youth Ambassador of the Innovative Tools for Expanding HIV Self-Testing (I-TEST)/4 Youth By Youth. Medical student and Deputy Director of Projects and Strategy, The Young Leaders Council.

Director, Partnership & Sustainability
Esther Jesutofunmi Agbenla
Esther Agbenla is a strategy, program planning and management enthusiast with relevant experience in health, education, entrepreneurship and financial literacy across the public, private and nonprofit industry. She currently serves as the Deputy Manager, Strategy and Sustainability, at Junior Achievement Nigeria (JA Nigeria). JA Nigeria is part of a global organization, Junior Achievement Worldwide (JAWW) dedicated to empowering young people to own their economic success by enhancing the relevance of education. Kick-starting her career as a Monitoring and Evaluation Intern at JA Nigeria, Esther grew to be the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and now a Deputy Manager gaining vast experience across strategy, program coordination and implementation, operation and executive management. Prior to this, she worked as a Public Health Technical Assistant in the delivery of health programs and trainings in the Lagos State Ministry of Health across various units such as the Maternal and Child Health, Immunization, Adolescent and Sexual Health, Drug and Substance Use and Abuse. Esther holds a Venture in Management certificate from the Lagos Business School, Nigeria, a Postgraduate degree in Public health (International) from the University of Birmingham, UK and a Bachelors degree in Public Health from Babcock University.

Micheal Aigbe
Micheal Aigbe is known for empowering young and talented youths and has created platforms for expression such as The King’s League, Naija Champs, Project 100.
He has served in various leadership capacity both in civil society groups and religious organization such as Niger Delta Youth Forum, The Young leaders council, and Kingsword international church.
A group responsible for providing skill acquisition, training & equipping converted militants in the Niger delta, training and equipping undergraduates for leadership skills.
He is a freight forwarder and logistics solution provider, he has gained logistics experience spanning 5years. He currently runs his own Logistics outfit called EXPRESS HUB.

Project Lead
Taiwo Olawehinmi
Taiwo Olawehinmi, fondly called Teewoh or TeewohFire, is an emerging global health pharmacist, passionate about universal healthcare coverage and policymaking. Taiwo is an Ashoka Changemaker Scholar with Distinction and has a certificate in Social Intrapreneurship for Innovation in Health and Wellness. A public speaker and trainer passionate about helping people communicate effectively especially in the workplace, she is also an elocution coach and a corporate compére with over five years experience. She is a Model United Nations (MUN) professional, having officiated diverse MUN conferences in West Africa, with over 20 African countries represented. She is a 2017 CommonPurpose Leader, a 2018 Millennium Fellow and a 2020 West African Young Leadership (WAYLead) Fellow. She is committed to good leadership and active youth participation in nation building and global development.

Adaeze Pelwis
Adaeze Pelwis Chima-Onumajuru is an intelligent and driven young lady. She graduated from the University of Ibadan with a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics where she held leadership positions worthy of note.
Her voluntary service as the Financial Secretary and President of the Faculty of Public Health didn’t make a dent in her academic pursuit as she bagged the award of the Best Graduating Student, Faculty of Public Health 2016/2017, among other awards.
Over the years she has, through willing service, honed her leadership and managerial skills on various platforms. They include: Director of the Nigeria Secondary Schools Model United Nations Federal Conference, 2010; Public Relations Officer Nigeria Model United Nations Society, University of Ibadan Chapter, 2016; Zonal Treasurer Nigerian Christian Corpers’ Fellowship, Jos North 2018.
Adaeze is a strong optimist that believes in grooming the youths of today in a bid to achieve tangible societal impacts. She is a Registered Dietitian in training with a growing interest in Pediatric Nutrition.

Deborah Osibamowo
Deborah Osibamowo is a communication and media specialist who enjoys volunteering. She has a degree in Information and Media Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Minna. While on campus she was elected, two times, as the financial secretary of her campus fellowship, Fellowship Of Christian Students (FCS). She was also a member of the Premium Times Campus Investigative Journalists (PTCIJ) and the Campus Radio, Search FM, where she volunteered as a News Editor, Newscaster and Presenter. Deborah has worked with Television and Radio Stations and considers herself an asset to the media industry. She is an optimistic goal getter whose passion to influence young adults has led her to volunteer for the African Leadership Union, Fame Foundation and Squad of Influence which she birthed. When Deborah is not seen writing or reading a book, she can be caught hosting her podcast show, Anything and Everything With Dee.

Solomon Adewole is a PR expert, content writer/developer and digital marketer. He studied Architecture and is an Advocate of the SDG’s.He has actively working in the self development and capacity building community as a volunteer trainer. He is a graduate of the National Training Academy and an Alumnus of the African Presidential Leadership Program. He is certified as a Global citizen by the APCEIU Asia Pacific education for international understanding and the Ban ki moon centre for global citizenship and is actively involved in the Civic society. He is a recepient of various award from various institutions for great leadership and youth development initiatives. He hosts a weekly podcast on Mixlr where he shares tips with youths, teenagers & adults on how to be the best version of themselves via self development and also shares experiences of other people to help build self esteem by overcoming Inferiority Complex.

Oluwayomi Ilesanmi
Ilesanmi Oluwayomi Samuel is the CEO of Optitech (A Media and PR organization based in Ibadan, Nigeria.) OPTITECH is an organization that uses digital technology to help organizations reach their target audience through the course of conceptualization, branding, and marketing with the aim of increasing their customer base. He doubles as the team lead for Jesus Gang. An online Christian market place where wears that start conversations about Christ are sold with the aim of winning souls to the fold. He is also a serial Volunteer who has volunteered with over 7 NGOs. He currently volunteers as the Head of Media Department (Oyo Province 9 PSF), Director of media and PR for TYLC (The Young Leader Council), Director of Media and PR – SN for Global leadership Summit University of Ibadan (GLS UI), Director of Media and PR II – YLN for Global leadership Summit University of Ibadan (GLS UI), and some more He has worked and is still working with the media team in different levels in RCCG (Region 21 PSF Media Department, NYAYA, and the MMP Project) He is passionate about young people getting things right.

I am a creative designer with 1-year experience in basic design and over 3 years of experience in professional graphic design. I am prolific in creating good and highly creative designs for both digital and physical communication. I confidently use Coreldraw, Adobe Photoshop, Abode Illustrator, and Adobe Indesign. Finally, I am a certified Graphic designer with a B.Tech in Industrial Design (Graphics Section) from the Federal University of Technology, Akure.

Taiwo, Oluwafunmilayo Aduke is an International Development Communications Professional with over 4 years‘ experience collaborating with non-profits to deliver information services targeted at strengthening systems, policies, and people. With expertise in Communications for Non-profits, she has worked with civil society organisations, United Nations agencies, and government institutions across diverse sectors. Oluwafunmilayo is a Youth Representative with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Lagos Office, a member of the African Youth and Adolescent Network on Population and Development (AfriYAN), and, a Junior Achievement Alumni. She has actively worked with groups such as the United Nations Population Fund, the Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Lagos, amongst others. Oluwafunmilayo is passionate about advancing the overall well-being of young people and driving youth inclusion.
